This agreement governs all transportation logistics services provided by ASAP Box Trucking LLC to our clients. When you book a shipment with us, you're agreeing to these operational standards. It's how we keep the gears of the supply chain turning without friction.
2. Carrier Responsibilities
Our team is committed to the safe delivery of your goods. We're proud of our track record, but what happens during unforeseen delays? We maintain strict protocols for communication and recovery during traffic incidents or weather disruptions in the Charlotte area and beyond.

3. Liability & Claims
How do we handle the unexpected? In the rare event of damage, claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery. We prioritize resolution to ensure your supply chain remains uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the cargo as specified in the Bill of Lading.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices are net-30 unless otherwise negotiated. We don't believe in hidden fees. What you see on your quote is what you'll pay, provided the cargo details remain accurate to the initial request.
